Hey there! My name is Emily and I'm a twenty-something East Coaster currently living in the Golden State. After graduating college from a university in Florida, I moved back home to the ever charming and classy Connecticut. One year later I packed up my bags and drove west for a new adventure.

I like to think I have a creative eye for great pictures and a witty hand for good writing - that's why I decided to start Breakfast at Emmy's. I'm a bit of a creative who loves to paint and is constantly on the lookout for any opportunity to travel and experience a new place. You'll probably learn from my posts that I'm a little obsessed with anything Parisian. {I haven't been yet but when I do go, you'll know about it.} That being said, I think my personal style is chic, classy and a little trendy. It's no secret that I'm a major foodie and self-proclaimed tea connoisseur. My friends would tell you that 90% of my diet is anything sweet but I promise I enjoy eating healthy... 90% of the time. In my free time I enjoy pinteresting, a good book, and laughing with friends and family. I am passionate about self growth and learning new things + I hope you learn something by following along!
